1. Ability to independently manage the department's product operations, including but not limited to collecting and organizing departmental product requirements, liaising with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking product performance after launch.

2. Ability to establish an effective data tracking mechanism based on operational objectives and product status, drive optimized operational plans based on business development requirements, and be responsible for implementing and executing online product promotion activities to achieve KPIs.

Job Description

1. Responsible for the R&D of key high-concurrency distributed systems, building a first-class user growth engine covering user growth, delivery optimization, programmatic buying, and user sharing and promotion.

2. Participate in the design of system technical solutions, core code development, and system tuning, including high-performance backend engines, massive data storage and streaming, user data centers, and complex business backend modules.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

1. At least three years of Java development experience, with solid computer knowledge and programming skills.

3. Familiar with object-oriented design and have sufficient system architecture design capabilities.
