2. The leveling rollers are made of bearing steel (SUJ2), heat-treated to HRC60°, hard chrome-plated, and then ground. They have high hardness, wear resistance, and a long lifespan.
3. The lubrication system uses an automatic circulating oiling system that can be matched to the leveling speed. The drive gears use forced circulating immersion oiling to reduce gear wear, extend their lifespan, and allow for long-term operation at high temperatures.
4. The transmission mechanism uses synchronous independent drive for each leveling roller, reducing the accumulated gap tolerance from gear transmission and improving the flatness requirements of the sheet material.
5. An independent auxiliary roller is installed at the output end of the leveler, which can adjust the bending direction of the material according to customer needs.
6. In addition to the upper and lower leveling rollers, the leveler also has additional auxiliary leveling wheels to prevent the leveling rollers from bending and deforming due to excessive pressure, enhancing the leveling strength and lifespan of the entire roller and improving the flatness requirements of the sheet material surface.
7. The upper roller seat adopts a flip-up design for easy cleaning of the upper and lower leveling rollers.
